Cancellations - Refunds
The MONASTERY OF MAKELLARIA is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of products in case of unforeseen factors. Indicatively, it is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by delays in customs, intermediate loading and unloading facilities, transport means or other strikes that affect the delivery of goods. In this case, we will contact you as soon as possible using the details you have provided to us to agree on a new delivery date.
While we take every care to keep you informed regarding lack of availability for products, please note that there is always a possibility of unforeseen shortage or lack of availability. In this case, we will contact you to inform you regarding when we expect to receive the product you selected which is temporarily out of stock. If we mistakenly fail to inform you that the product you ordered is out of stock, then we will contact you to explore whether you would be interested in a different product or if you want to cancel your order free of charge and have your money refunded interest-free within a reasonable timeframe.
Returns
Products returned on the initiative of the customer should be returned sealed and in the condition they were received. You may return your product within 15 days from receipt. In this case, you will bear the costs for the second shipping of the product you return.

Refunds

If you cancel your order after it ships, or in cases of product returns, in compliance with the conditions as laid out in the section titled Returns, the money you paid will be refunded in full to your bank account/credit/debit card -depending on your preferred payment method- once we receive the product.
The terms of the section titled Cancellations shall apply for returns due to the fault of the consumer.
