Balsamic cream has a sweet and sour taste, a rich creamy texture and a wonderful aroma based on balsamic vinegar, concentrated must and natural fruit juice. It is an ideal choice to enhance the taste of food, salads and even sweets.
It is kept in a cool and shady place. After opening it is kept in the refrigerator. Ingredients: Balsamic vinegar (red wine vinegar 33%, concentrated grape must), fig vinegar, 28% natural fig juice, sugar, modified starch, natural fig flavor. May contain sulfites.
