Gazing at Makellaria from the cave of Metamorphosis

On the rock below the Monastery there is the small church of the Transfiguration of the Savior built inside a cave.  Looking up from the chapel, you can see the monastery exactly as it is depicted in this painting.
Charcoal and dry pastel have been used, colors that do not fade over time. It has a neutral frame that does not bind our choice to decorate our home, our office or a friend's one .
