Pasta/ Vegetable lasagna
Delicious pasta made with vegetables. Lasagna, these long and flat strips of pasta, are heavily used in traditional Greek cuisine in a multitude of recipes. These particular pastas are prepared with vegetables, they do not contain oil and you can cook them even on fasting days when the oil is not catalyzed. Healthy without preservatives and chemical additives. You can cook them plain or they can be a great accompaniment to meats. They are kept in a dry and cool place. Ingredients: Semolina, flour, tomato, spinach, carrot, parsnip.
