Delicious pasta made with farm eggs and cow's milk.
Lasagna, these long and flat strips of pasta, are heavily used in traditional Greek cuisine in a multitude of recipes.
Enjoy them with minced meat and plenty of grated mizithra, with vegetable sauces, with mushrooms, with braised beef, with wine-roasted rooster or in the oven with cheeses.

cooking tip: Boil on low heat for 5-8 minutes in a broth of your choice.
