ICONS

A faithful reproduction of the Byzantine icon of Panagia Makellaria, located on the intricately carved wooden iconostasis of the Holy Monastery of Makellaria. The iconostasis dates back to 1780, while the original icon is estimated to have been created around 1810.

This reproduction is a silk-screen print on natural wood, adorned with traditional gold leaf, in accordance with the techniques of Byzantine iconography. A piece that unites historical authenticity with spiritual depth.
